Doblick. They quickly found a buyer that made an offer that was
acceptable to both us and the bank. Their knowledge of the short sale
process was impressive! Kit and Ray anticipated all paperwork needed and

the moment we met [Kit] she was a good listener, immediately started
searching for our real estate wishes and explained everything we asked

saw all of them, even made an offer but in the end it did not

Kit and Ray are very
knowledgeable on the Big Island. We sold a vacant lot in Glenwood area and a
single family home in Hilo. Both properties were in Escrow after first week of
listing and no more showings were required. Their market surveys were spot on,
as bids came at asking price and above. The Hilo property went $25k over in
what is a slow market. I can go on and on, you cannot go wrong with using their
services.
