Kit started her real estate career in 2004 in Mammoth Lakes, California. Ray joined her in 2009 after a successful 30+ year career in spec home building. Upon moving to Hawaii in 2013, we joined Kohala Coast Properties, located in the King's Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Over the last 13+ years we've sold properties all over the Big Island, and love taking on new challenges.
