Ray Doblick R(S)
I began my real estate sales career in early 2009 in the luxury resort market in Mammoth Lakes, California. Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a licensed general contractor, during which time I designed and built numerous custom spec homes, including one of Mammoth’s first true hybrid solar homes. For several years I ran a vacation rental business, managing my own properties in Yosemite. I also have a background in photography. For nearly 10 years, I traveled the world as an accredited and published Formula One Grand Prix photographer.
I first came to Hawaii in the 1980s, and I have been fortunate to work on several building projects on Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, and Lanai islands. I fell in love with Hawaii Island and purchased property here in 2005. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, and exploring the many amazing sights of the Big Island.
Today, as a Realtor-Associate at Kohala Coast Properties, I share with my clients 30+ years experience and a deep understanding of real estate sales, general contracting, custom home design, real estate development, and the vacation rental business. Working with Kit Muhs as a team, we have 30+ years combined real estate sales experience. I understand the nuances of the Kohala coast luxury resort market including condominiums, second homes, primary residences, and vacant land. This enables my clients to buy with confidence and sell with success. Contact me today and let’s get started! Mahalo.

When I began my real estate career in 2003, I saw success from the start. Within the first six months, I sold my first million-dollar listing. Since then I have closed hundreds of transactions and now count many of my past clients as friends. I offer all my clients over 2 decades of experience in the luxury, resort and vacation home market – first as a realtor-associate in California, where I served on the Mammoth Lakes Real Estate Board of Directors and the Professional Standards Committee, and now on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island.
In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving, hiking, camping, exploring the Big Island, and science writing. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in marine science, and have developed and written exhibits in numerous world-class institutions such as Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco. As such, I offer my real estate clients precise attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
My teammate Ray Doblick and I offer a combined 30+ years of luxury and resort sales experience. I realize that buying or selling Hawaii real estate can be among the most important decisions my clients make. If you want a diligent, pro-active and effective agent on your side, contact me today. I’m here for you.
