Kit started her real estate career in 2004 in Mammoth Lakes. Ray joined her in 2009 after a successful 30+ year career in spec home building. Upon moving to Hawaii in 2013, we joined Kohala Coast Properties, located in the King's Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Over the last 10+ years we've sold properties all over the Big Island, and love taking on new challenges. Kit also continues to also represent select clients in California at Mammoth Properties Exchange in Mammoth Lakes.
